Storm-Proof Your Plans: Weather Policy
Our policy regarding inclement weather is straightforward. We are able to conduct bubble activities in light rain, such as mist or drizzle. However, please note that strong winds may impact the size and stability of the larger bubbles. If you find it necessary to postpone or cancel your event, we offer a NO PENALTY cancellation policy up until 2 hours prior to your scheduled start time. Within the 2-hour window, you would be responsible for the remaining balance. If you prefer to reschedule, we will make every effort to find a date and time that works for both parties. Should you choose to switch to an indoor show, there will be an additional fee of $75 added to your package, subject to the availability of staff and equipment for indoor shows. In the event of a cancellation, any payments made will be fully refunded to you.
TEXAS WEATHER CAN BE VERY TRICKY. OUTDOOR SHOWS WILL BE CONVERTED TO INDOOR SHOWS IF THE TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 98 DEGREES AND AT 50 DEGREES OR BELOW 2 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SHOW
